Fleet renewals may be processed by mail or by drop off. For optimal efficiency in processing fleet work, review renewal notices for deletions and registration cancellations. If any renewal notices are missing, please contact our dealer clerk or call 770.531.6950 x 4404.

If your fleet has 100 or more vehicles, you have the option of renewing electronically by clicking for requirements HERE and registering on DRIVES choosing Fleet Registration under All Services or renew at your local county tag office.

When all renewal notices are ready to process with the county tag office, please submit the following:

  • A copy of fleet insurance card, if applicable
  • A CURRENT Form 2290 for each vehicle with a GVWR of 55,000 lbs. or more, stamped or E-Filed by the IRS.
  • Payment: check or credit card (a 2.49% bank fee will be added to credit and a 1.50% bank fee to any debit card transactions). Please make checks payable to Hall County Tax Commissioner.
